Golden Hour First Time Family Photoshoot

Ryan and Mandy have been married for seven years, and yet this was their first time they and their son, Conner, had taken family portraits! I worked with Mandy at Mark David Insurance, and we had been talking for nearly a year about doing a photoshoot. I was so excited we were finally able to make it happen.
Golden grass fields and sunshine made this summer Northern California photoshoot turn out magical! Even though we waited all the way until 6pm to begin, the temperature was still in the triple digits, but my lovely subjects were troopers and didn’t let the heat bother them. Mandy, Ryan and Conner were naturally very joyful, and the love in their family came through in every photo. I am so happy with the way these photos turned out, and I’m so grateful they trusted me to do their first family portrait!
